General Weather Guidelines
Should weather become an issue, our office will make a decision regarding games at least 2 hours prior to game time. If there is no message posted to this web page two hours before game time, this means play is to proceed as scheduled.
Should weather become an issue between the two-hour window or during play, our staff, coaches and officials should make sound decisions to protect everyone involved. If there is any thunder or lighting in the area, please suspend outdoor play immediately.
If games are postponed, we will post such announcements on this web page and on our Facebook page. All coaches and parents with email addresses on file will also receive an email notifying them of the decision. All games canceled due to weather will be rescheduled unless more than half of the game has been completed.
